Fees and Insurance

For those without insurance, we offer a sliding-scale fee scale based on household income and other information. We can provide a quote at the initial phone contact. We are in-network with some insurance plans and will utilize insurance benefits when available. In addition some insurance plans do provide out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of treatment costs.
